🥗 Who wants some fresh salads for the week?! 🥗Meet some mom friends at the park after Stroller Strides in Metro Verde for Salad in a Jar! This is a great way for mom to meal prep and keep fueled through her busy day!
Day of the event, please bring:
- three mason jars (quart size is best) or recycled spaghetti sauce jars
- three items to share (COMMENT WITHIN THIS EVENT WITH WHAT YOU ARE BRINGING)
Ideas of what to bring:
- greens (romaine, spinach, spring mix, arugula)
- veggies (carrots, tomato, broccoli, peppers, celery, onion, cucumbers, mushrooms, peas, corn, avocado)
- protein (meat, egg, cheese, quinoa, beans)
- fruit
- nuts/seeds
- dressing
