Here’s how it works:
✨ We’ll complete a lap together
🌈 Stop and add color to our shirts
✨ Do another lap
🌈 Add more color
…and keep going until we reach our colorful 5K finish!
Want to run the whole thing? Amazing.
Want to jog/walk intervals? Perfect.
Want to come for one lap and enjoy the fun? We’d love that too.
This is all about moving your body, having fun, staying connected through summer, and showing up exactly as you are.
