Join Us to Help Fight Hunger at Old Beach Farmers Market
Old Beach Farmers Market is proud to announce the return of our 9th Annual Farmers Markets “Giving Back” Community Food Drive, benefiting the incredible work of the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center.
For nearly two decades, this market has been about more than fresh food — it’s about community. Hunger still affects many families right here in Virginia Beach, and together we can make a meaningful impact.
We will update with Supporting local businesses that you can also drop off food!
Our Goal: 3,500 Pounds of Food
Each year this community steps up in a big way. Thanks to your generosity, thousands of pounds of food have been collected to help support individuals and families facing food insecurity. This year we are aiming even higher and hope to collect 3,500 pounds of non-perishable food for those in need.
Why It Matters
The Judeo-Christian Outreach Center provides meals, shelter, and critical services to people experiencing homelessness and hardship in our community. Donations collected at the market go directly toward helping them continue this essential work.
How You Can Help"
Bring non-perishable food donations when you visit the market. Every can, box, or bag helps.
Share this event with friends and neighbors. The more people who know, the more families we can help.
