SUNDAY ASSEMBLEY - HIIT/BOXING WORKOUT
Two of Melbourne’s most energetic fitness communities — F*IT and Tribute Boxing — are teaming up again for an outdoor Sunday sweat session you won’t want to miss.
Join us for Sunday Assembly 2.0: a 45-minute high-energy group workout led by four elite trainers from both gyms. Think boxing, functional fitness, and plenty of good vibes — all rolled into one outdoor community event.
Whether you’re a seasoned boxer or just keen to move, sweat, and connect, this session is open to all levels. Come solo or bring your crew — either way, you’ll leave feeling fired up.
Make sure to stick around post workout for some R&R and refreshments on us! Just bring your energy, water bottle, and sweat towel!
