To honor Women’s History Month, Fit Girl Club LA is excited to invite you to an elevated morning of movement, connection, and sunny hour magic.

Rise with the sun, stretch with intention, and breathe in the city skyline. Join us for a revitalizing movement experience at SkyBar at the Mondrian Hotel, led by Miss Alex Kaye — a passionate yogi, dancer, and content creator known for her dynamic movement style and uplifting presence.

Set against panoramic views and a gentle breeze, this class is an all-levels movement experience designed to reconnect you to your body, your breath, and your inner power.

Blending accessible dance, grounding flow, and Reiki-infused intention, this class supports emotional release, confidence-building, and nervous system reset all in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

No dance experience needed. Just come as you are.

Alex’s thoughtful cues and creative sequencing will help you connect body, mind, and spirit.

By attending this event, I waive all claims against Fit Girl Club, LLC (the creator of Rise & Flow for Skybar at Mondrian LA), sponsors, and any sub-contracted/employed personnel for any injury I or my children might suffer in this event. I know that fitness is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not participate unless I am medically able and/or cleared by a physician to do so. I assume all risks associated with doing yoga or cardio including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, all such risks wing known and appreciated by me. I waive and release organizers, The City, County, Skybar, Mondrian Hotels and other host entities and their representatives from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
