Fit Girl Club Spring Soiree!

Welcome the first day of spring with movement, intention, and city views from above. Join Fit Girl Club at Skybar LA at the Mondrian Hotel for a rooftop yoga experience designed to help you reset, refresh, and step into the new season feeling grounded and inspired.

As winter fades and spring begins, we’ll flow through a thoughtfully guided yoga class led by @thefitcherie, focusing on renewal, balance, and fresh energy. Surrounded by open skies and sweeping skyline views, this all-levels class is the perfect way to honor the season of growth and possibility.

After class, stay and soak it all in while enjoying a curated selection of spring-inspired treats and goodies from our amazing brand partners, connect with community, and savor that post-flow glow in one of LA’s most iconic rooftop settings. We will also be showcasing some stylish swimwear from @atelier, just in time to kick off swim season! Check out the pieces and feel free to stop by Atelier to try on!

By attending this event, I waive all claims against Fit Girl Club, LLC (the creator of Rise & Flow for Skybar at Mondrian LA), sponsors, and any sub-contracted/employed personnel for any injury I or my children might suffer in this event. I know that fitness is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not participate unless I am medically able and/or cleared by a physician to do so. I assume all risks associated with doing yoga or cardio including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, all such risks wing known and appreciated by me. I waive and release organizers, The City, County, Skybar, Mondrian Hotels and other host entities and their representatives from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.

I further grant permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for social media marketing purpose.
