We will include 2-3lbs of lead shots per ticket required for this event, donated by @ East 2 West Freediving (east2westfreediving.ca)
We’re adding a workshop on making your own freediving neck weight at our next event.

Customizing your neck weight to fit your needs, ensuring it's secure and comfortable to wear.

Important safety considerations when using neck weights, such as how to properly position them and avoid risks like over-weighting or discomfort during dives.
6. Q&A and Troubleshooting
Time for participants to ask questions and receive help on any part of the assembly process.
By the end of the workshop, each participant will have crafted their own custom neck weight, ready for use in future freediving adventures!
