You have been preparing for your baby's arrival in so many ways. This workshop invites you to prepare for something quieter — the first time you hold them, the first time they look at you, the first time your touch tells them they are safe.
In this one-time workshop, you will discover infant massage before your baby arrives — so that when they do, your hands are already ready.
Together we will explore:
- What babies feel and need in the first hours and days
- How touch communicates safety, warmth, and connection from birth
- How to read your newborn's earliest cues — and what to do when they need a pause
- Simple, gentle strokes for legs and feet that you can begin in the very first days
- How to build a massage practice that grows with your baby
You will practice on a doll, ask every question you have, and leave with a simple reference to carry into those first weeks at home.
For expecting parents in their second or third trimester.
