First Time Homebuyer Workshop

We’ll walk through the homebuying process together, starting with getting your finances in order and understanding the difference between pre-qualification and pre-approval. From there, we’ll talk about figuring out your must-haves, shopping for a home, making an offer and, finally, what to expect on closing day.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll hear from professionals who can help guide you through the homebuying process, including real estate agencies, lending, home inspection, insurance and homebuyer assistance.
