Want to try padel but not sure where to start?

Join us for an afternoon of padel, designed for women who are completely new to the sport and want to learn in a relaxed, social environment.

No experience or partner needed, you can come alone and we will move, together 🤍

11:45 AM — Arrival + check-in

12:00 PM — Padel session begins

1:30 PM — Padel session ends, extra hydration and socialising

Please arrive around before the 12pm session time so we can get everyone checked in and ready to start together.

WHAT TO WEAR

👟 Whatever you like, but we highly recommend comfortable sportswear and trainers

WHO IS IT FOR?

This session is ideal if you:

– have never played padel before

– have only played a couple of times but need a refresher

– want to try something new without the pressure of already knowing what you’re doing

– fancy meeting other women while getting active

Limited spaces available so that we can provide a guided coaching session where everyone gets the best value.
