First Light Float

Explore Wildwood Park on a guided sunrise kayak tour! This is a great tour for beginners learning to kayak and a relaxing paddle for experts. We’ll spend an hour and a half cruising the shoreline of Barber Lake to get a different perspective of the park. Bring a water bottle and dress to get a little wet. Coffee and sunscreen are recommended. We have a limited number of sit-on-top kayaks, so register quickly. Trip may be cancelled on short notice due to weather or river conditions. This program will meet at the Wildwood Park Welcome Center. The maximum number of participants is 12. Children under 12 may participate if going with an adult on a tandem. Register for tandem kayaks in groups of two. Registration will close at noon on August 20.
