The First Degree Reiki Course is a beginner-friendly introduction to the practice of Reiki, focusing on self-healing, energy management, and personal transformation. Reiki Level 1 is the first step on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Before holding space for others, this practice encourages you to clear your own energy, raise your vibration, and expand your consciousness. What You Will Learn:
• The history of Reiki, including its origins and foundational teachings.
• The traditional Reiki precepts, offering guidance on cultivating inner peace and well-being.
• An introduction to the seven main chakras and the bioenergetic field, helping you understand the body’s energy system.
• Instruction on Reiki hand positions and various hands-on healing techniques.
• Practice sessions to experience giving and receiving Reiki, building confidence in your ability to sense and channel energy.
• An exploration of the secret art of inviting happiness and the miraculous medicine of all diseases, as taught in traditional Reiki.
