It's Back!
The 4 Week Beginner Suspension Yoga Series is designed to offer you an opportunity to expand and deepen your Suspension Yoga practice through 4 culminating classes. (1 hour each week.)
Whether you are new to suspension/inversion yoga or it's been a while and you want a fun refresher, this series is for you!
Learn and revisit all the skills you need to build a safe, fun, and satisfying suspension/inversion practice!
The first week will introduce you to the equipment and the safety information, as well as the history and benefits of suspended inversions.
The remaining three weeks will offer you a unique opportunity to grow your skills and learn many postures and ways to support your practice; including therapeutic postures, core challenge sequences, and floating/flying expressions of popular poses.
Each class begins with mindfulness and breath work followed by a warm up, postural sequence, and final relaxation.
At the completion of this series you will have built a strong foundation to pursue a satisfying and rewarding Suspension Yoga practice.
