Celebrate the first day of spring with an all-levels gentle yoga flow with Downtown Yoga 419 at Glass City Metropark. Experience the grounding energy of yoga while immersed in nature and enjoy the views of the river to find your center. No experience necessary and all ability levels welcome. Please bring your own mat or towel and dress for the weather!
