Firm Registration: Spring 2025 Meet the Firms - SFSU Beta Alpha Psi

This event registration is for Employers and Organizations to register for the event. Students will register at a separate link for this event.

Welcome to Meet the Firms Spring 2025 - Beta Alpha Psi's Beta Chi Chapter event! Join us for a fantastic opportunity to network with SFSU students on campus. Offerings range from internships, full-time positions, and/or expanding professional networks. Come to the Student Life Events Center / Annex I and be among representatives from various companies, government agencies, and professional organizations supporting emerging financial professionals. Don't miss out on this chance to make valuable connections and meet with San Francisco State University Lam Family College of Business students. See you there!
Thank you for supporting SFSU BAP Meet the Firms, with your registration payment you are supporting the programming of BAP Chapter activities and students at San Francisco State University. These activities include professional opportunities through technical presentations, service activities in the community, workplace readiness skills, and academic support via tutoring and workshops. This programming is not limited to chapter members, but also the student body at large.
Registration Cost:
Non-profit and government organizations : $50 per attendee

For-profit firms: $110 per attendee
Payment will only be accepted via check or electronic transfer, please make sure to update any saved payment information as we have had changes in how we accept payments. At this time we are not accepting Paypal or credit cards, however all available payment methods will be detailed with invoicing. No cash can be accepted.

Invoicing will be completed before the event for total number of registered attendees. Changes will only be made to the invoice for additional attendees who attend the event, or notification by the registration cut off date. Registration cut off is Friday, February 14th,2025 however space may be available and requests will be reviewed and approved on a space available basis after Friday, February 14th.

Provided with Registration:
One six foot table and chairs will be provided for up to four representatives, two tables will be provided for four or more representatives and additional tables are available upon request.

Power can be provided to tables if requested ahead of time.

Food and beverage is provided, if there are dietary needs please notify us so we can accomodate.

Event Timing:
Firms may arrive for check-in and set up beginning at 3 p.m..
The event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and students will begin to enter at 6:00 p.m.
We respectfully ask that firms stay until 8:30 so students who have evening classes are able to prioritize their education and come after class ends. Though many faculty do make accomodations for students to attend, not all do, and we want students to be able to meet as many representatives as possible while achieving academic excellence.

Parking:

Parking is available in Lot 20, the garage (ground floor through 4h until 5pm), and payment is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After 5:00 p.m. paid parking is available in Lot 19, along N. Options:

1) Self pay upon arrival, either at the pay stations or via the flowbird app.
The paystations accept card and cash, however exact payment is required, no change is given. The cost is $10.63 via the flowbird app.
2) Pre-pay for parking passes to pick up upon arrival at the check in desk.
The cost for each hanging permit is $10, and if included with your registration and confirmed via invoice, we will be offering a discount and the price will be $8 to pick up upon arrival. This option is only available when included with registration and invoicing, additional hanging permits will not be available day of the event.
3) Pre-pay for mailed parking passes.
Requests for mailed permits must be made no later than Monday, February 10th.
The cost for each mailed permit is $10, with a fee of $1 for postage and handling. The cost of mailed permits will be included with invoicing of attendees. These permits will be mailed a minimum of two weeks before the event. If permits are not received via mail, please notify us before the event.
