This rich, bold barleywine boasts deep, dark autumn hues and a nose of toasted coffee, burnt sugar, and aged oak. The first sip reveals a perfect balance of sweet caramel malt and smoky bourbon barrel character, with subtle charred wood and warming alcohol

notes. Smooth and comforting, it lingers with a complex depth from its time spent aging. Limited in production, this beer is perfect for slow sipping on cool evenings.

2025 Lumber Thunder - 11.4%

Imperial brown ale aged in three bold whiskey barrels and finished on French Oak staves. Notes of toasted nuts, caramel, oak, and soft rye spice echo through this deeply warming, wood-kissed pour.

A long-awaited collab with the ultra-hyped Horus Aged Ales, Gooey Valves was born from a playful overload of Muscovado, Turbinado, and brown sugar that sealed our kettle shut. Aged in McKenna and Elijah Craig bourbon barrels, it’s a decadent barleywine that balances indulgence with spirit-driven depth.
