Gymnazo's Free Community Workout

Hello friends!

We’re excited to invite you to our next Gymnazo Community Workout on Saturday, December 6th from 9:00–10:00 am!
This free, all-levels workout is our way to move, sweat, and give back together. Expect a fun, circuit-style session that celebrates functional movement, perfect for every body and fitness level.

This special workout is being held in honor of the SLO Food Bank, and we’ll be collecting donations to support their incredible work in our community. If you’re able, we invite you to bring a non-perishable food item or make a monetary donation—100% of contributions go directly to the SLO Food Bank.

Every $1 donated helps the Food Bank acquire four times the amount of food that could be purchased at a grocery store. Your generosity, big or small, creates a ripple effect—ensuring nourishment, stability, and hope for families across San Luis Obispo County.
