National Fire Prevention Month occurs every October; this year's focus is “Smoke alarms: Make them work for you!"
Come review the simple, but important steps to prevent and be safe in the event of a home fire. In this class, attendees will learn about the importance of having working smoke alarms, how to create a home-escape plan, steps they can take to prevent home fires, and practice using a fire extinguisher. As an added bonus, participants will also have the opportunity to learn Hands-Only CPR & Stop the Bleed.
Please note, this class is for participants ages 15+.
