Fire Horse Rising

Fire Horse Rising is a three-part series of immersive wellness experiences timed to the moon and held at Music City Work Club. Each session runs three hours and moves through guided breathwork, somatic release, a live teaching of The Regulated Field, (my flagship nervous system framework), a full sound bath, and a closing integration circle.

The Series

Friday, August 28, 2026, 6:30 to 9:30 PM. Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. Release.

Sunday, October 25, 2026, 3:00 to 6:00 PM. The Hunter's Moon. Gather and Ground.

Sunday, November 8, 2026, 3:00 to 6:00 PM. New Moon in Scorpio. Intention.

Each evening is a complete standalone experience. Attending all three creates an arc across the fall.

What Each Session Holds

We open with a grounded welcome and a plain-language teaching on how the autonomic nervous system actually works, because people practice better when they understand their own physiology. A guided breathwork journey opens the body and discharges accumulated stress, fully invitational and adapted to every level of experience. Then The Regulated Field, taught live. You will map your own window of tolerance, build interoceptive literacy, and learn the core skills of orienting, resourcing, titration, pendulation, and vagal toning, closing with a paired co-regulation practice. A full sound immersion with crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and voice consolidates everything the earlier work opened. We close with tea, journaling, and an open circle keyed to the theme of the moon.

You leave with a regulated body, practical skills you keep, and a felt experience of steadiness another person can borrow.
