Fire Cider workshop

Learn how to make fire cider, a traditional herbal tonic. This community workshop will be led by Danya Mosgofian, herbalist and Driver’s Market supplement buyer. You will learn the history and medicinal benefits of fire cider, as well as how to customize it with different herbs and spices. Participants will make their own batch to take home, and receive a handout with a fire cider recipe. 

Fire cider is a traditional herbal tonic that is often made with apple cider vinegar, honey, and warming herbs and spices like garlic, ginger, and turmeric. Fire cider can support digestion, immune health, and respiratory wellness.
