Fire Cider - an herbal infused vinegar that was coined by Rosemary Gladstar in the 1970’s (but has been around for centuries)- is a wonderful immune remedy and is a tonic that can be taken daily.
Fire cider is one of many remedies that can be made in your home using ingredients you can either grow or find at a local grocery store.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- about the benefits of fire cider as well as the common ingredients in it
- how to work with it; both in the kitchen and as wellness tonic
- and you'll learn how to make it!
Each attendee will get to:
- make their own 32oz jar of fire cider to take home! All ingredients are as local and organic as possible and will be provided.
- enjoy any 16oz beverage from Beans!
