The workshop starts with a fire release ceremony and intention-setting for the upcoming month. Participants can relax immersed in a safe space illuminated by candles, accompanied by various instruments like gongs, singing bowls, drums, flutes, and crystals. These instruments are thoughtfully selected for their specific energies and healing qualities. The sound vibrations can help to alleviate physical pain, enhance sleep, minimize stress, release pent-up emotions, and provide mental clarity.
