WHAT IS FIRE & ICE?~60 minutes of full-body, high intensity interval training in the hybrid setting of a heated 95 degree dome as well as an outdoor setting for a unique fitness experience.
WHO is FIRE & ICE?
-Maisha McAllister of Fire Life Yoga and Detox to Retox Events is a certified bikram yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates instructor with 10+ years of experience in teaching fitness and organizing/ executing yoga retreats across the world.
-Tasha Amend of TashaFierce Underground Playground is a certified Muay Thai kickboxing instructor of 6 years, registered nurse, competitive bodybuilder and nutrition coach.
WHY are we doing FIRE & ICE?
We have a BURNING DRIVE to share the gift of empowerment and wellness to our community in a unique and exhilarating way. FIRE & ICE will test your limits in a variety of elements, from a heated dome to the fresh outdoor air in a beautiful park setting. The class is high intensity, but all levels are able and welcome.
You’ll find a unique energy in the air that will fill you with endorphins all day long- that’s a guarantee 💯
There will be 2 class times offered- 9am & 11am.
