About this Event
Jaia Amara, a nationally sought-after sacred arts practitioner, returns to Washington, DC for a limited Soundbath Journey series — offering three immersive 90-minute experiences over two days designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic coherence, and deep integration.
These extended gatherings move beyond a traditional Soundbath Journey. Each session opens with guided intention-setting and breathwork to anchor awareness in the body and strengthen embodied presence. From there, participants are immersed in a layered vibrational soundscape crafted to quiet mental noise, restore internal rhythm, and create space for insight, release, and renewal.
Through resonance and frequency, the body is invited into recalibration — strengthening what is already within and creating space for what’s next.
For those who attend more than one Soundbath, the experience is designed to build — allowing the body to deepen into regulation, expand presence, and stabilize the shift. What begins as release becomes integration, and with repeated immersion the nervous system moves beyond unwinding into a more sustained recalibration and energetic coherence.
