This unique event blends gentle acupuncture, mental health education, and practical self-care tools to help you regulate your mood, calm your nervous system, and better navigate daily stressors.
Participants will receive a calming acupuncture treatment using ear and wrist points, with non-invasive options available for those who prefer them. Before settling into deep relaxation, you’ll be guided through three simple yet powerful practices used to combat anxiety and depression:
✨4-7-8 breathing
✨A qigong practice incorporating sound and gentle movement
✨An easy acupressure protocol you can use anytime
You’ll also learn about anxiety and depression from a TCM perspective and be introduced to two Chinese herbal teas—each aligned with common TCM patterns related to mood. Herb samples will be provided so you can create supportive blends at home.
The session concludes with 30–45 minutes of quiet rest while the acupuncture treatment does its work, allowing your body and mind time to fully reset.
This event is designed to offer both immediate relief and a long-term “wellness toolkit,” empowering you with tools you can carry into everyday life.
