After all, why buy one house in Los Angeles for $800,000 (with negative cash flow), when you can buy eight $100,000 houses in another state and enjoy positive cash flow. And why deal with landlord headaches when you can use “turnkey” companies to manage these properties. The marvelous thing about turnkey companies is that they do everything for you.
