Social media has allowed to stay in contact with friends and family, yet we see them less and less. Technology has made life easier yet levels of chronic stress, depression and related illnesses are at an all time high.

Both the American and Irish Governments have released studies describing levels of loneliness post Covid as the “New Pandemic” Strong words, yet it doesn’t have to be this way, At the core of human behaviour is the need to feel a sense of belonging to something bigger than yourself. That tribal belonging can be created within the home, the workplace, the company or the team and we will show you how. You belong here.

In January 2024, we hosted a similar event, “The Art of Living” in Balmoral Hotel, Belfast in what was a packed house of 250 business owners selling out weeks in advance and forcing us to go bigger and better this year. In the past, it would have sounded ludicrous to suggest that 350 people would attend a personal or business development event in Northern Ireland, but it’s a reason that inspires us to continue to change the narrative.

”Find Your Tribe” takes place on Sunday 19th January, the day before what has been labelled “Blue Monday”.

Ciaran May is a highly sought after keynote speaker with unique insights into the world of human behaviour and performance having worked alongside some of the top companies and athletes in the world. Ciaran founded Natural Resilience in 2019 to help other find themselves, and then find their tribe.

Alongside his corporate workshops, talks and coaching Ciaran is a committed entrepreneur, launching an app earlier this year to help business owners connect, collaborate and grow. A huge advocate of the power of community building and human connection when it comes to fulfillment and success.

This event takes place in the famous Europa Hotel, Belfast. We have secured the Grand Ballroom to comfortably accommodate 350 people in tables of 8 to ensure natural networking opportunities on the day. The new transport hub in Belfast will be opened, and we hope Sunday city center parking to be hassle free.
