Join us for an engaging workshop focused on identifying and understanding your strengths through the CliftonStrengths Assessment. In this workshop, our facilitator will guide participants through discussions and activities that will allow them to better understand how to leverage their talents for maximum performance.

Gain clarity, boost your confidence, and maximize your contributions in the engineering field.

Participants will be able to:

• Understand their unique combination of top 5 strengths and how to apply those talents personally and professionally.
• Learn where their maximum potential for growth is based on their unique talent profile.
• Learn how to better leverage their strengths.
• Connect with other engineers and learn from their strengths journeys.

Workshop details

This workshop is offered in person only. In advance of the workshop, attendees will need to complete their personal StrengthsAssessment online; a unique code will be emailed directly to each attendee to give them access to this assessment as well as the e-book. All physical materials will be distributed in person during the workshop.

Lunch will be provided. When registering, please indicate if you prefer vegetarian, beef or chicken.

Venue

The event will be taking place at the Solar Turbines training center, 2200 Pacific Hwy.

Price: $15 for SWE members, $25 for non-members.

RSVP by April 20 - the personal Strengths Assessment will be sent prior to the event.
