Inspired by the strategic genius of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, a 17th-century Mexican poet, scholar, and pioneer for women's intellectual freedom, we’ll explore how seeing your system differently changes your next move. Together, we’ll map the true context of one real challenge you bring to the room, challenge dominant narratives, and leave with a new perspective and one concrete action to test.
Isabel is historian and the founder of The Dream Lab, a practice that translates the ways historians, artists, and humanists think into capabilities that organizations increasingly need. The Dream Lab helps leaders and teams understand deeper, imagine differently, and act more consciously before jumping into solutions.
