Candlelight Yoga and Sound Bath

Tucked away behind an unmarked gate in the heart of Porto lies a secret few visitors, or even locals, know about: a lush garden wrapped around a historic stone building. This is Healing House, Porto's hidden sanctuary, and we're throwing open our doors for our launch celebration and monthly signature event.

Step through the garden, leave the noise of the city behind, and settle into an evening built entirely around slowing down.

We'll open with guided yoga: gentle, accessible movement that eases tension and calms a racing mind (no experience necessary, all levels welcome). Then, surrounded by candlelight, you'll lie back wrapped in the comfort of a soft blanket and cushioned mat for a sound bath. Crystal singing bowls, voice, and other resonant instruments playing to guide your nervous system into deep rest. Many people report lower stress, better sleep, and lasting clarity.

Whether you're new to yoga and sound healing or already love it, this evening meets you where you are.

We close the evening with a tea ritual, sharing premium tea from our local partners in northern Portugal!
