About this Event
Join us for a 2-hour, hands-on workshop led by Cathie Rae, as part of Quetzal's Week of Activism 2024 campaign. This event will use engaging and accessible writing prompts to help you create your own poetry, including a collaborative group poem. You'll explore various written and visual inspirations to find your creative voice and have time to craft individual poems.
No prior writing experience is needed, and you’ll leave with at least two original poems. Participants can share their work in a supportive environment.
All proceeds from ticket purchases and donations will go towards furthering our mission in providing free long-term counselling services to female survivors of CSA.
