About this Event

What Is This Session?

Find Your Ground is a free, one-hour yoga and breathwork session created specifically for teenagers. It’s calm, practical, and completely non-intimidating — no experience needed, no pressure to perform.

The session teaches teenagers three simple nervous system regulation tools — grounded in science, easy to remember, and genuinely useful in everyday life. Think: before an exam, before a difficult conversation, when sleep won’t come.

Who Is It For?

Any teenager aged 13-18. No yoga experience needed. Open to all genders, abilities, and backgrounds. Completely free to attend.

Teenagers will need to book a place in advance. The session is designed to be welcoming even for someone who has never set foot in a yoga class and wouldn’t normally choose to.

What Will They Leave With?

  • The Reset Breath — a simple extended exhale technique that calms the nervous system in under two minutes
  • Easy yoga poses they can use anywhere — simple movements to release physical tension whenever they need it
  • A Body Scan for Sleep — a guided mental technique for when the brain won’t switch off at night

These aren’t just yoga techniques. They’re life skills — and they’re taught that way.

What to Bring

Participants will need to bring a yoga mat and a blanket, and wear something comfortable.
