In this workshop we will…
• Engage body and breath to still the mind and come into presence.
• Explore the second or sacral chakra, energy center of creativity, through poses that ground us and open our sense doors to artistic stimulation.
• Learn the practice of freewriting to get original ideas onto the page in all their messy glory.
• Share and discuss our ideas and challenges.
• Conclude by envisioning next steps to bring flow into your daily life
