Escape the chaos of everyday life and find a haven of peace and relaxation at our upcoming LGBTQ+ supportive sound bath & Reiki gathering.
When: February 22nd, 5-7pm
Where: Louisville Pride Center, 1244 S 3rd Street
Cost: Suggested donation $10-20 (no one turned away for lack of funds)
What to expect:
- A soothing and immersive sound bath experience using crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to promote relaxation and meditation.
- Reiki healing sessions to balance your energy and promote healing.
- A safe and supportive space to connect with yourself and others in the LGBTQ+ community.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blankets, pillow, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
