We’ve got an exciting announcement! 🎉

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month this May, we’re hosting an epic Fitness Mash-Up Class—and you’re invited!

Join us as we come together to move, sweat, and support a great cause. This high-energy class will be led by Adrian, Cricket, Ashley, and Wendy, and will feature an incredible mix of Commit Dance Fitness, Commit Sculpt, Xtreme Hip Hop, and Pilates. Trust us—you do not want to miss this!

All proceeds will go toward supporting One-n-Ten, an amazing charity dedicated to uplifting mental health in our community.
