The evening begins with an Acu-Detox acupuncture session—using five specific ear points designed to promote an overall sense of well-being, detoxification, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. This gentle yet powerful practice supports relief from anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, while also helping to heal and balance the gut, our “second brain.” By calming the nervous system and improving energy flow through the digestive pathways, Acu-Detox helps reduce inflammation, support healthy digestion, and restore harmony to the body’s internal systems.
You’ll then be guided through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing the body to rest and repair while the mind enters a state of profound peace. The evening concludes with a crystal singing bowl sound bath, where healing vibrations gently integrate your experience—clearing energetic blockages and restoring balance to mind, body, and spirit.
