We warmly invite you to A Day of Mindfulness Practice conducted in Vietnamese with English Translation on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with the theme "Looking at Life with Compassionate Eyes." Guided by Senior Dharma Teachers from Plum Village: Sister Hoa Nghiêm - Blue Cliff Monastery-New York, Sister Joy Chân Hỷ Nghiêm - Magnolia Grove Monastery - Mississippi, and Monastics from Vietnam Buddhist Center. • 8:00 am: Thiền Tập Chánh Niệm, Tụng Kinh

• 9:00 am: Thiền Hành, Những Bước Chân Tỉnh Thức

• 10:15 am: Pháp Thoại,Chủ đề: "Mắt Thương Nhìn Đời"

• 12:00 pm: Cơm Trưa Chánh Niệm

• 1:00 pm: Thiền Buông Thư

• 2:00 pm: Pháp Đàm

• 4:00 pm: Thiền Tập Chánh Niệm, Tụng Kinh

• 5:00 pm: Kết thúc.

• 4:00 pm: Sitting Meditation and Chanting
