To me, mantras are like friends. My teachers in Ireland and India introduced me to the mantras I use. As I chanted these mantras, I developed a real connection with the energy they helped me tap into. Trusting my teachers, I felt sure I was receiving the highest vibration of that energy.
When I used a mantra sincerely, it starts to feel like a companion, similar to the support I get from friends in my everyday life. The more I invested my time and focus to a particular mantra, the more I feel supported, protected, and loved. I always found the effort I put into my mantras worthwhile and valuable.
These group mantra classes are intentionally inclusive and non-denominational, fostering a spiritual space that welcomes individuals from various backgrounds to explore and enrich their unique journeys. Classes begin with group discussion and a guided relaxation followed by the chanting ancient mantras rooted in ancient spiritual traditions. Followed by tea!

What is Mantra Meditation:
Mantra meditation, deeply rooted in ancient traditions like Yoga, Buddhism, and Sufism, serves as a transformative practice. Much like using Rosary beads for prayer, mantra meditation induces a meditative state through the repetition of sacred sounds spoken or sung aloud, connecting you with your higher self and a higher power. Through the rhythmic and musical repetition of mantras out loud with your voice, we create a space for abundance, courage and clarity to flow into our lives.

As we chant together, our voices create a vibration that transcends the individual, elevating the energy of the entire group. It's an active form of meditation perfect for those with busy lives, providing a sense of relaxation while engaging the mind.

Who am I:
I'm Aideen. I'm from Ireland and planted roots in Traverse City in 2020 with my husband Mike and our dog Sushi. My journey over the past 9 years has been one of self-discovery, guided by the transformative practice of mantra meditation.
These classes are suitable for any spiritual seeker.
