This sound bath includes a short guided meditation to prepare you for the soothing and healing vibrations of Tibetan and Quartz Crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to promote deep relaxation.$25 with pre payment, $30 at the door
Space is limited to 12, pre registration required
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before session. The floor is HARD, bring whatever you'll need to be comfy for about an hour. Yoga mat, blanket(s), cushions or pillows.
