These workshops are open to all post-secondary students across the Capital Region.

Join CRSC and Kaleidoscope Social Impact for a practical workshop designed to help post-secondary students make the most of their food budget and discover resources that can help make healthy eating more affordable.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:

- Find discounts and use food-saving apps
- Discover community food supports and resources
- Plan affordable meals that work for your student lifestyle
- Make your grocery budget go further
