Film Screening: Zarafa

Zarafa is an animated adventure based on a true story following a young boy, Maki, who escapes captivity and sets out on a journey to save his new friend Zarafa, a baby giraffe taken from Africa and destined for France. Along the way, they travel across deserts and oceans, facing danger but also finding help from unexpected allies.

It’s a heartfelt story about friendship, freedom, and protecting what you love, with beautiful animation and moments of both fun and emotion.
