Film Screening: The Wild Robot

The Wild Robot follows Roz, a robot who washes up on a remote island and has to learn how to survive in the natural world.

At first, Roz is completely out of place, but she slowly begins to connect with the animals around her and even becomes a caregiver to an orphaned gosling. As she adapts, she starts to understand nature and what it means to belong.

It’s a warm, emotional story about identity and finding family in unexpected places, with beautiful animation and a gentle sense of humour.
