Join us as Covenant Seminary Professor Richard Joe leads our film discussion on It Was Just an Accident...which is a Farsi language film from acclaimed Iranian Director Jafar Panahi. The film follows a former political prisoner who kidnaps a man he believes was his torturer, forcing a group of fellow survivors to confront the moral complexities of justice, revenge, and trauma under an authoritarian regime. Doors open at 6:15pm, film starts at 7pm.
