Welcome to Fill Your Cup Friday!

Join us for a women's wellness event to learn about the services and resources available to you in the community that will ultimately help you "fill your cup." Cost is $25 and will include one free drink/flight ticket, raffle ticket, cup, and 4 hours of networking with various health and wellness vendors from your local Apex and surrounding communities. There will also be an opportunity hear speeches on topics that include menopause, nutrition, and holistic approaches to wellness that are right at your fingertips. This is the perfect opportunity to recharge and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit and get plugged in to your community.
