🔹 關於工作坊：《最棒的電燈泡：成為場景真正需要的第三位演員》
有些最精彩的場景，不需要再多一個新的提議——它們需要的是最棒的「電燈泡」。在這場工作坊中，我們將探索如何運用場景中已經存在的元素，適時加入場景。我們會練習做出有力的選擇，深化並推進你的場景夥伴所提出的內容。觀察其中的模式，守住真實，並以第三位演員的身分，探索不同支持場景的方式。這場工作坊的核心，就是成為一個場景真正需要的那顆「電燈泡」。
🔹 關於講師 Sabrina Manansala
Sabrina Manansala 是一位藝術家、主持人、講者及行銷專業人士。
她擁有 10 年即興喜劇與劇場演出的經驗，並擔任即興教練。她將自己在肢體與表演藝術方面的經驗帶入教學，曾於洛杉磯、新加坡、越南、台灣、奈及利亞等地教授工作坊。她也曾為 Bytedance（TikTok）、Dunkin、BPI、DB Schenker、JFC 等企業帶領企業工作坊及應用即興訓練。
她相信，動作與肢體能夠敘述故事，並將不同的故事交織在一起，創造出一場充滿動能的舞蹈——每一個動作與手勢，都編織出一段溫暖而充滿冒險的故事。
🔸 即興劇是什麼？
Improvisation (即興表演) 在沒有劇本排練的情況下，徵求現場觀眾提供關鍵詞，演員隨即創作演出。如何能在台上立即建立角色、建構場景，並推進劇情呢？透過即興表演「Yes, and…」等基礎原則的練習，就可達成。
每一場即興表演工作坊，都會有兩位FIG團員分別擔任講師、與中、英雙語口譯，帶大家從基礎的暖身遊戲開始，循序漸進到角色、場景、故事的建立。有無表演經驗都不要緊，每場工作坊FIG都從零開始，帶領你前行，歡迎來玩！

1. 參加者需要買低消一杯飲料。
2. 彼此請秉持尊重的態度互動。如有不當的行為，FIG成員有權請該行為者立刻離場。

🔹 About the Workshop: "The Best Third Wheel: An Improv Workshop on Being the Third Player a Scene Actually Needs"
Some of the best scenes don't need another offer—they need the best third wheel. In this workshop, we'll explore how to step into a scene by using what's already there. We'll practice making strong choices that deepen and escalate your scene partners' offers. Notice the patterns, hold the truth, and discover different ways of supporting the scene as the third player. This workshop is all about becoming the third wheel a scene actually needs.
🔹 About the Instructor: Sabrina Manansala
Sabrina Manansala is an artist, host, speaker and marketing professional.
With 10 years of experience in Improv and Theatre as a performer and improv coach. She brings her experiences from movement and performing arts and has taught workshops in Los Angeles, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Nigeria and etc. Facilitated corporate workshops and applied improv trainings for Bytedance (TikTok), Dunkin, BPI, DB Schenker, JFC and the like.
She believes that movement and physicality can narrate and weave stories together, to create a kinetic dance, where every move and gesture weaves a tale of warmth and adventure.
🔸 What is improvisational theatre (improv)?
Improvisational theatre is a form of performance art where performers create characters and stories spontaneously without any script, usually inspired by the suggestions from the audience.
All workshops are held in Mandarin and English by an instructor and an interpreter. We'll start with some basic warm-up games, then build it up to create scenes. No prior improv experience necessary! Say "yes" and have fun with FIG!
🔸 Note:
1. One drink minimum per participant for entry.
2. Please be respectful and kind to others and the venue. FIG has the right to ask individuals to leave the workshop if their behavior or actions are violating the safe space policy.
3. FIG's social media committee may take photos or video clips during audience participation, which may be posted on social media for promotional purposes.
