What if fifteen minutes a day could bring more peace, clarity, and joy into your life?Come explore a simple yet profound spiritual practice that has helped people around the world connect more deeply with the divine and with their own inner guidance.
We’ll introduce HU, an ancient mantra and sacred sound sung as a love song to the divine. HU can be used by anyone of any background or belief for spiritual upliftment, expanded awareness, and inner peace.
Experience HU, the Sound of Soul.
We’ll begin with an inspirational reading, followed by about 15 minutes of chanting or singing HU. As the sound gently fades, we’ll sit in quiet contemplation for a minute or two—giving space for personal reflection.
Afterward, stay for relaxed conversation and fellowship. Share your experiences, ask questions, or simply listen.
