Fields Bridge Park Restoration

Come one, come all!  Please join us at Fields Bridge Park in West Linn to help with habitat restoration. This is a beautiful city park along the Tualatin River that has many uses (walking paths, baseball fields, community garden, playground, fishing areas).  Throughout this summer, we will be removing typical invasive plants like blackberries, ivy, and holly before we begin planting in the fall. This event is a collaboration between the City of West Linn (and its volunteers) and the Tualatin Riverkeepers.  

Important note:  All participants 17 and under must have a Youth Volunteer Permission and Waiver Form on file before attending. To obtain a waiver, please sign up for a volunteer account or have an authorized adult complete a waiver onsite at the beginning of the event.

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

What to Bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a backpack for hands-free convenience. Feel free to bring your tools, if available, and a reusable water bottle to support our sustainability efforts.

What's Provided: We will provide basic hand tools, snacks, and bottled water for those needing it.

Parking: Park in the main parking lot by the baseball fields.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Participant Age Guidelines: Recommended for Ages 13 and Up
