This is an open group of diverse people of varied athletic ability- wanting to train and be encouraged to complete a 5K in 9 weeks. We will be meeting weekly in the Gladstone area, following the Couch to 5K training philosophy. Ultimately completing the 5K for Healthcare event at CCC on 09/28/2025. Invite your friends, train as a whole group, set up small group training meet ups or even train virtually! There are no rules, just people wanting accountability, community and fun!
