This intensive workshop is designed for writers who want to bring entire worlds to life. Whether you’re writing epic fantasy urban magic mythic retellings or alternate histories we’ll guide you through the essentials of immersive storytelling—how to build rich believable worlds craft compelling characters and create stories that stay with your readers long after they’ve turned the last page.

Unlike other writing workshops that focus on abstract theory Fictioneering is packed with concrete actionable strategies you can apply immediately—no matter what stage of writing you’re at. This workshop is for everyone from absolute beginners to experienced authors.

Taught by Akshay Gajria master storyteller short story writer writing coach and director of Tall Tales. His writing is published in Tamarind Literary Magazine Skulls Mechanics Institue Review The Writing Cooperative and many more. He has told stories on stage with The Moth True Stories London and Tall Tales. He holds an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck University of London. He's currently working on his debut fantasy novel.
