Once again, our Volunteer Service Commemoration will be held at the graveside of Peter Henry Kanu'u. Kanu'u, who died in 1875, was a proud member of Ahi Helu 4 (Fire Station 4) and the Kingdom's Leleiohoku Guards Cavalry. His headstone is a unique testimonial to the dedicated and service-minded individuals of his day.
Members are encouraged to wear military or civilian dress appropriate to the Kingdom of Hawaii in the mid- to late 19th century. Appropriate contemporary apparel is more than acceptable. Please invite members of the public!
